FV Production/Installation Reservation Form

When you submit a FV Production/Installation Reservation Form, a Technical Specialist will be in touch with you within a few days. Please reach out to fvproduction@calarts.edu with any questions you may have.

Please note that you may be asked to complete an FV Project Form for your project in addition to the FV Production/Installation Reservation Form to ensure you have the resources and information you need from Production Services. More information about the FV Project Form is available on 2 Pop Support.  

The FV Production/Installation Reservation Form should be completed at least one (1) week prior to any type of production. Your request can be made for any date in the current semester. 

Completing this form does NOT guarantee the spaces or equipment you are requesting is available.

Do you already have a Unique ID number for your project?**

*You receive a Unique ID number when you submit an FV Project Form. If you have already completed an FV Project Form, you can find the Unique ID number in the confirmation email you received after submitting the form. A $60 deposit is required for use of the production / installation spaces.
