Winter Break FV Cage Equipment Reservation Form
This form is CLOSED.
Cage equipment may be reserved for Winter Break. Equipment pick-ups will be Dec 11-20, 2023 (on weekdays only), and equipment must be returned between Jan 2-5, 2024. This form will open on November 20, 2023 at 9am and must be completed by December 4, 2023. You’re encouraged to get your reservation request in as early as possible. Completing this form does NOT guarantee the equipment you are requesting is available.
FV Cage Equipment Reservation Forms received on November 20 will be made using Film/Video’s standard priority:
- MFA-3s and BFA-4s
- MFA-2s and BFA-3s
- MFA-1s and BFA-1s and 2s
FV Cage Equipment Reservation Forms for both Winter Break and Winter Session
MFAs and BFA-4s may request to reserve equipment for the entire period of Winter Break through Winter Session, December 11 through January 19, if the equipment is available. Priority will be given to MFA thesis projects and BFA graduation projects first, and then to other MFA projects.
Winter Break FV Cage Reservation Forms submitted after November 20
Any FV Cage Equipment Reservation Forms received after November 20 will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis and not based on the priority system. Pick-up and drop-off dates will be made at the time of your reservation confirmation. All gear must be returned by either Jan 5 (BFA-1, 2, 3) or Jan 19 (MFA, BFA-4). All students are required to submit an FV Project Form in addition to their FVCage Equipment Reservation Form for any Winter Break equipment reservations.
Travel Outside of the US
All productions that wish to film out of the country must fill out the Insurance for Travel Outside of the US form. Two weeks advance notice is necessary and a meeting with Production Services is required.
The regular FV Cage Equipment Reservation Form for the spring semester will be available on Tuesday, January 2.
